The philosophy of our farmhouse

The values to which we are inspired to manage our farm are represented in our brand and are those acquired through education and faith: hence the cross; the fire, the symbol of the passion that drove us in this enterprise; the moon and the stars we admire as symbols of nature that surrounds us and finally the cat that refers to the family name.

With these same values that we carry on every day in the realization of our products, we want to characterize the farm, and this is the reason why, while respecting the environment:

• we have restored a farmhouse of 1800 according to the rules of green building
• we installed solar panels on parking shelters
• for rebuilding and furnishing the house we used natural materials from the land as stone and wood
• we serve products of our land, giving priority to small farms
• all the accommodations are in energy class A
